Can someone who knows about Xbox

My name is Aaron and I'm having some problems with my xbox one s. I've had it for what felt like an eternity and always got along well with it. But since I connected it to a very old screen via hdmi and then back to my usual television, I no longer get a picture but only "no singnal". The TV isn't the newest either, but it always worked. I've already tried all the tips and tricks from the Internet and YouTube. But without success. On another screen, the quality is extremely poor and the format is not particularly good either. Can also not be adjusted. I suspect that the xbox does not accept the format. Unfortunately, there's nothing I can do about it. Does a new screen help? Or what do I have to do…
