I have FH4 for the Xbox as a CD version, i.e. I can't use the "Play-Anywhere" feature, so I can't play the game on my PC (which I didn't know)
Is there a possibility:
1.Unlock the game on the PC (in the Microsoft Store)?
Or
2. If you buy the game again (for PC) to transfer the game status?
Your save is saved in the Xbox cloud.
You can either buy Forza Horizon 4 on the PC or purchase it from the Xbox Game Pass for PC. Just for info: Xbox Game Pass is a subscription. Monthly or yearly fees apply.
Special steps for the transfer of the storage status are not necessary thanks to the Xbox cloud. You should just make sure that your console is connected to the internet so that the game is really synced to the cloud. As soon as you have the game on your PC using one of the methods mentioned above, you can simply start it and your game will be transferred from the cloud.
You may need to sign in to the game briefly with your Microsoft account, but this usually happens automatically.
