I have a sony bravia kd65xe7005 TV and have the problem that the Xbox reacts a bit delayed and the sound is not synonymous correctly with Spotify for example. I've pretty much taken out all optimization settings and optimized the Hdmi signal to play in 4K and HDR.
Sounds like you are not using game mode while playing. This leads in TVs always automatically the Inputlag by various picture settings, which should lead to a better picture, by turning off, to reduce.
Where and how you find it on your TV, unfortunately I do not know but your problem sounds very strong afterwards.

Set the scene selection to HDR.
Press the OPTIONS button on the remote control.
Select Scene Select.
Select HDR.
Disable motionflow.
Press the HOME button on the remote control.
Choose Settings.
Choose picture.
Choose Motionflow.
Choose.
Set the scene selection to Auto.
Press the OPTIONS button on the remote control.
Select Scene Select.
Select car.
