I bought an Xbox one from Real about 3-4 weeks ago, can you give something back without a defect? Don't you need it as often as you thought, probably just as a goodwill from the shop?
Correct only out of goodwill
Usually only up to 14 days.
Goodwill would be the only solution! The two-week period has already passed!
The two-week period has already passed!
What is the 2-week period when buying in the store?
Jupp… Because you can't test the product more precisely! In other words… Goods can't be sampled on site!
There's no "2-week period" when buying in a brick-and-mortar store; there's only a 14-day right of withdrawal in distance selling.
Stationary retail has for years granted consumers this "goodwill"! There's no legal claim, but the big ones in the industry stick to it!
Then don't write about a "2-week period", if it doesn't exist at all.
And goodwill is always voluntary, as the term expresses.
