Am I the only one who clearly sees the graphics of the current ps4 and xbox one games 2019 at all do not do justice and look for today's scenarios very stale?

But that's not the reason you're right. I myself play on the One X with UHD / HDR TV. Multiplatform titles such as Assassin's Creed Odyssey, Battlefield or console release Red Dead 2 look great on it and not stale at all. Exclusives like Horizon 4 or GoW 4 are also graphic delicacies.
It may be the single title on an optimal PC even better looking or even running but in return current console games as stale to call is simply wrong and acts from above.
