I just bought the Game Pass Ultimate on XBOX. But somehow it doesn't work. Had it until now 2 months and now suddenly…

I can no longer start online games because I'm always asked to renew my subscription.

I saw my order history and you can even see the debit.

What am I supposed to do? 😞
