In the meantime there's the possibility in Android to use an Xbox controller, there seem to be some games that support this. I'm currently toying with buying a new controller because my current one doesn't have Bluetooth yet. Among other things, I would also want to play Mario Kart Tour on Android with it.
But first I wanted to ask whether that is possible. Have you ever tried it?
No. The game is specially designed to be played with these touch controls.
Mario Kart Tour can only be controlled with the screen. Hackers / modders / etc. Could do something about that, but it will certainly take some time if there's ever something. 😕
