Cyberpunk really free for xbox series x?

Do you get Cyberpunk 2077 for Xbox Series x for free if you buy it on Xbox One? I have games in the Xbox store that are optimized. But cyberpunk says nothing 🙁

Yes, the update will be submitted later free of charge.

This is actually the case with all X / S optimized games except for the inglorious exception Cod Cold War, which costs a decade more.
