How can man on the xbox one adjust that my console only the wlan frequency 5 Ghz receives instead of the 2.4Ghz

On the configuration page of the router, set different WLAN names (SSID) for 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz (only in "Advanced view" or in expert mode, you can ignore mesh hints).

Then connect to the xBox with the 5 GHz WLAN.
