I have the following problem. When I turn my Xbox One on I will not be logged in anymore. When I press the Xbox button on the controller to log in, the screen turns gray and the console hangs or it does not charge anymore. Especially does it sound louder (ventilation?). Everything started with false reports when I wanted to open a game. Then after a few restarts, nothing happened at all… I have already tried resetting. Well if the following is helpful for you I do not know but it is only logical for you to say that.
Your console is probably broken. In addition to a hard reset, which you have probably tried, you could still try to sign up offline. No idea how old your One is and if there's still a guarantee but in the end you only have to get a new device.
