Well then rather the one. Playstation 3 is last gene and on the One you can play all current games.
The best maybe the technical achievement concerns. Prerequisite here is always a high-end computer.
Otherwise, when it comes to the title, comfort and gaming experience (couch, 55Zöller, surround sound) is the whole but rather a matter of taste or the personal preferences.
A "PC is better" statement has no general meaning.
