Moin, I got a Xbox credit card and redeemed it, now I have 25 euro on my Microsoft account, but every time I want to buy a game of it and I fill in everything (name, location, zip code and billing address) he to me that it is not. Then I went to my x box on payment options and just see that "Microsoft account: 25.00 euro" is there but it is grayed out I can't go up there. The question now is what do I do now and how can I buy a game of it now?
Payment on credit was never possible on the 360. This has probably not been changed until today.
Alternatively, you can pay with PayPal or a credit card.
