I notice a difference between 120hz and 144hz because my xbox can only 120hz

Yes you notice a difference… You can only see about 60fps with a 60hz screen and about 144fps with a 144 Hz and at 120 you can think of it or?

You won't notice a difference. The Xbox must then be able to play as many frames per second to get a smoother gaming experience, so the console will not be able to play more than 60 / 75hz.
