Xbox One: Can you move or copy saved games from one account to the other?
Depends on. If the game is on disk definitely. If you bought it online, probably just your purchases. In my experience, scores such as campaign progress rarely come across.

However, there are a few games that allow something similar, such as Halo - maps created from the forge mode or created modes (e.g. Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch Capture the Flag) can be saved from the second account via the menu of the respective Halo game. However, you can still see who originally created the map or mode.
Halo is probably not only the only game that involves transferring game data, there are certainly a few other games that can do that, but I don't know any more than Halo itself.
Edit: I also think of Space Engineers, which allows the transfer of his built ships, fighters or entire space stations. You can even transfer worlds.
