Copy games from one PS4 to another?

I downloaded Gta5 on my one Playstatoon which took a long time. Now I wanted to ask if there's a possibility to move / copy from one PS4 Gta 5 to the other without downloading it again? Can that be done with a USB stick that I use as an external hard drive and copy it?

In PS3 times, a complete PS3 could be cloned using a LAN cable, whereby the memory of the original was deleted. Do not think that the PS4 can do that, especially not via USB stick or other transfer medium.

Yes, with an external hard drive it works, but I need the same acc on the 2nd PS4 (so logged in so that you then have the license for the game)
