How many car dealerships are there in gta 5 and can you steal the cars (without mod, xbox one)?

So in story mode I only know the dealership of the one old guy who doesn't know what his name is. If there are several car dealerships then there are only the standard vehicles anyway that can also be found on the street. You can generally steal any vehicle if you stand in front of the vehicle and press F.
