Me and some good friends have gambled minecraft Pe (Me on Windows 10 / And he on PS4)
I kicked him for fun, expecting that he could re-spawn after about 2 minutes. Thought wrong!
He doesn't come in anymore (like a ban)
Can I undo this?

No, you haven't banned him. That would only be done directly through the Xbox account.
He can probably no longer connect with you. (There have been several cases where there were problems with PS4 and connections to other players (they could not even connect))
