Fortnite Lays with me can someone help me (Xbox one)?

For a few weeks it has been in fortnite (on the xbox one). I recently wrote to epic games support because of the problem, but I quickly got an answer, but there I found out how to solve the problem on the PC even though I chose xbox One as my platform.

Fortnite lies only on the xbox and as the only one (also a switch)

Can someone tell me how to solve that problem

Disconnect Xbox from power and reconnect. Restart the wireless router.
