As long as you have the GamePass subscription you can load and play all the games it contains.

If you do not want your subscription to be automatically renewed then issue it in your account.

If Game Pass expires and you no longer have the subscription, you can no longer play the games.

You can get Game Pass in the store, on Amazon or directly on the Xbox
