Does a game run better if you delete other games?

I got a game on Xbox one for Christmas and sometimes it stutters. I have a game that has 50 gigabytes and I wonder if I delete the game if my new game could run better?

If the hard drive is not packed to the last megabytes, no. Only when there's no space left to temporarily store temporary data can a too full disk have an effect. But until then it makes no difference whether one or a hundred games are installed.

The Xbox runs only one game at a time, because nothing else is running in the background from other, installed games or something… They are ended and closed after the start of another game.
