Xbox calibration card?

My brother ordered a kinect sensor for his xbox 360 and when setting it up i have to use a calibration card that should be enclosed with the sensor. But this can't be found in the package.

What can I do?

I once had the same problem, but you can simply print it from the Internet, it worked!
