If I have an Xbox name let's say "A" and change to "B", can I then rename myself again to the same name as before "A" and do it back and forth as often as I want or isn't it? 🤔
If the name "A" is not used by another afterwards and you have enough money, yes.

You have to press the X-Box button and all the way to the left. Your names are there below.
If you mean your real name, then yes. You can display the alternative on your profile, it is only important if you ever order something from Microsoft that your real name is. If you order a goods while wearing an artist name, the parcel service may not want to deliver the goods. If it happened to me accidentally, everything went well.
If you mean your gamertag, almost.
The first change does not cost anything, thereafter always 10 euro, if your gamertag is identical to that of the other users, your gamertag is compulsorily marked with (example. # 8263.
