Injustice 2 only 1 bar when playing online, how can I improve it?

If I want to play injustice 2 on my Xbox one s online, I have only one bar on Ping and the image freezes after a few seconds, but other games work. How can I add a bar to play properly? The Wi-Fi is between 50 and 100mb / s so it probably is not
