Xbox controller goes off on the pc and does not connect again until after about 20s?

When I play with the controller on the pc it sometimes goes off randomly and when I want to turn it on again it goes off again and after a few tries it is then on and the input then only goes back after about 20s and when I then e.g. In go inside the xbox game bar then it's like a kind of drift that everything goes up quickly by itself or that for example the game bar or windows bar or whatever that means when you press the windows button directly back to what is it? Batteries and cables already changed can someone help me please

Try another USB port on the PC
try another controller
check whether the port on the controller is OK
check whether the cable is always 100% and correctly plugged into the controller port
Maybe a program or windows has a problem with the controller
