I've been searching the internet for days where I can complain to my broken Xbox one controller at Microsoft. Who can help me or Send a link where I can find it?

Ma

The first point of contact would be the dealer from whom you bought it.

Log on to http://www.microsoft.com/...rosoft.com with your user account. There's a serial number in the battery compartment of the controller. You enter this under "Devices". Now you can start a repair. I just sent in a controller today.

It's been 5 years…

Okay, apparently I'm too stupid. Nowhere can I find "Devices" on the Microsoft homepage after I have registered…

Ro

Click on the little man in the top left corner of the page, on "My Microsoft account and then you should land on the right page, where you will find the menu item" Devices ". Your Xbox should also appear there.

Okay I've found it now, but only add devices and not devices where I can enter the number. Do I have to add my Xbox there before I can claim my controller?

Ma

After 5 years you have no longer a guarantee on the controller and, of course, you can't complain about it. The statutory warranty for such products is 2 years. And this only for product defects on the part of the manufacturer which the manufacturer has to remedy.

However, you are welcome to call support at the following number; 0800 181 2975. There you may be able to inquire about a repair, which will however cost you.

Seriously though, none of my controllers held out that long. This is normal wear, especially with the sticks. So it would be advisable to simply buy a new one after such a long time.
