Rainbow 6. Missing operator pack. What to do?

I recently got the r6 Deluxe Edition with the add-ons year 1 Operators and year 2 Operators with the Xbox Game Pass. I downloaded the game with the add ons, but the add ons don't work. I also kicked if I really downloaded it anyway. I should be getting a lot of operators. Can someone help me or tell me what that could be?

I've been playing Rainbow Six Siege for almost 4 years and if I've learned one thing, it's that such mistakes are almost part of everyday life at Ubisoft.
It is often the case that content is not available when it should be there. Most of the time, the content is available the next day at the latest (sometimes even after the next login).
An example: Charms (pendants for the weapon) have been stolen from me since the last patch. Some of them were later available again. But some are still missing. Since Ubisoft had a relaunch of their launcher (instead of Uplay it is now called Ubisoft Connect), I assume that everything is simply not working smoothly yet and that more problems arise than Ubisoft assumed.

Will Ubisoft fix this?

You have to, anything else would be irresponsible. So I strongly assume that you will still get your operator. The only question is when exactly. On the side is the note:
"Our teams are already working actively to find a solution to this problem as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we can only apologize for the current circumstances and hope for your patience."
