Use microphone on pc and xbox at the same time?

Hello as already described i want to use my microphone (auna MIC-900B) which is connected to usb at the same time with pc and xbox, so that i can use my microphone over the people in the xbox party and at the same time use my pc on my pc ask how do i do that i need a specific mixer or adapter etc?
