Saturn exchange open?

Hello and the following: I bought a video game on November 14th, 2020.
I removed the foil from the game, but didn't play the game. I also have the receipt. The game is for Xbox Series X.

Since I have now decided in favor of the PlayStation 5, I wanted to ask whether it is possible that Saturn will take back the game and in return I will get the same game for the PlayStation 5 in exchange for it. Or will Saturn not do something like that because the film was removed from the video game?
