I bought a switch from Saturn on site a week ago. I unpacked it 3 days ago, but only found out today that the right-hand Joy-Con controller does not lock properly and can be pushed out with ease without pushing the button. Could I theoretically just go back to Saturn and have the switch exchanged? I still have the bill. Would it also be possible to exchange only the Joy-Cons, as I would like to prevent, if possible, that my scores are deleted.
I had the problem too, at least a similar thing…
(For me, the Joycon connects and everything, but it is not as 100% stuck as the other)
This was sent to the repair and sent back without any changes…
I had also asked if I could just dump the product, since I was still within the 14 days, the answer was no.
