FIFA 21 players are not available on PC?

Why is this player here on the transfer market on PS4 and XBOX, but not on PC?

It doesn't exist because it's a very good card for start-up teams and it is bought immediately as soon as someone puts it in. If EA changes its maximum price range, you may see it again on the transfer market.

It doesn't exist on PC because there are generally many more people playing Fifa on the Playsi and Xbox and there are also many more packs open and therefore more players are on the market
