Xbox balance error?

Hey guys wanted to pre-order Resident evil 8 and only charged my account when I want to buy now, it says 18 cents so my old account balance, is that a bug and when will it be fixed?

Had already replied to something similar today. Where did you check your balance? At Microsoft or on the Xbox console?

I would recommend checking your Microsoft account purchase history to see what's going on with your credit.

Hmm interesting.

The other person could then use his credit when he logged into the Microsoft Store in the browser and bought the Xbox version there.

Maybe this will work for you too.

The money is in my account, but it is not displayed in the stor

So I topped up my credit myself and tested it in the browser.

After you have the game in your shopping cart. You can then specify your credit balance as a means of payment at the checkout and pre-order.

Or did I get your problem wrong?
