Can I return all games (CoD) on Xbox?

I'm currently undecided whether to keep the new Call of Duty, I have 1.5 hours of play and bought it 2 days ago, I know there's a refund, but it may also be that some games have different policies depending on the manufacturer or something… I'm not sure about it and I don't really know my way around, does anyone know if I can return the game?

The rules apply as xbox would like, because xbox makes money from it. Don't know what the guidelines are anymore, but have to stick to them.
