Problems with EA Account?

First of all, yes I have talked to the support but understand nothing of gaming and accounts. So the following,

I accidentally changed the email from my xbox account and overwritten the old email. Means the previous email does not exist anymore. If I want to log in to an EA game sends the one code to the defunct email. Do you have a solution? Should there be no more, can I use a new EA account on the xbox?

I hope the account was not too valuable
