I bought an Xbox Elite (1) controller where the Y button always gets stuck a bit when you press it. Something is probably stuck a bit. Can you do something about it without having to unscrew the controller?
Probably not much. You can of course try to clean the gap between the housing and the button with a very narrow object (this can help, but if it doesn't last very long), the most effective way is to unscrew the controller and clean it thoroughly.
Try to press the button as many times in a row if that doesn't work
