Xbox does not come on but beeps?

When I want to turn on my Xbox it beeps but the Xbox sign does not light up and there are no fans on the power supply. It lights up permanently orange.

Does anyone know what the problem is?

Ever tried to take the power supply from the power, wait about 5 minutes and reconnect it?
Otherwise there are probably reddit workarounds to fix the problem…

I tried that but didn't help
