From what percentage can you play ARK on Xbox?

Just download ARK on Xbox One X. I have now reached 40%. The game has 90GB. I get into the menu of the game but I can't start a world. Does anyone know what percentage I still need?

You can only play the game completely when the installation is complete. You will have to fight with severe restrictions for so long, because the game has to install the whole world and many other points first.
