I recently bought an Xbox One X with AC Origins and Forza Horizon 4. Now I have noticed that I'm too incompetent to play on the console because I'm a PC player and it is kind of funny, and it doesn't anyway worth it because I hardly have time anyway.
That's why I want to sell it. With origins. However, I have already installed and started Forza 4 and played something. Can I also buy the game (not a key, but a real CD and packaging) or is it no longer possible because I have already redeemed and played it?

That's fine. Games on data media can run smoothly. Games in which you only have the code and which you then download are only linked to your Windows Live ID. If you have redeemed the code, you can no longer sell it (unless you pass on the entire account - but I do not know if this is allowed). If you have not included the code, you can also pass on these games.
