Why does the Epic Games Launcher say 'invalid calling object'?

If I want to open the Epic Games Launcher, I have to log in (as always), but if I then click on the Xbox sign because it is an Xbox account, I will be sent to the browser (otherwise also) but now it says, Invalid calling object '. What does this mean and what do I have to do?

So click in the web address above and then press Ctrl + C…

Then you open the Google Chrome browser…

There you click in the address bar and copy the web address into it with Ctrl + V.

Then press Enter.

So you need the Google Chrome browser.
