I bought three months of Xbox Gamepass at the end of December. Before that I already had a few titles like Sea of Thieves or Forza Horizon 4. Now the trial period has expired and I can no longer open these games. I always get the error code: Sea of Thieves is currently unavailable under your account. The error code is 0x803F8001 in case you need it. What can I do now?
If you bought the game and you should still be able to play it and have proof of it in your Microsoft account, just contact support.
