What is a Xbox profile address?

I loaded myself with 25 Euro credit this morning because I wanted to buy something in game, but if I want to do this I have to add a profile address.

What happens if I give the address?

Are bills sent there that still have to be paid?

Or how does it work?

Normally you have to update your billing address before a micro transaction (I suspect it is your first time).

You can also simply enter something, the main thing is that there's something.

Then the 25-digit code should work.

If you give the address nothing bad will happen. This is only so that you can assign and offset the purchase.
