Preorder the new Xbox?

Project Scarlett comes out in 2020, I think you can preorder this. Mainly I'm wondering what I can probably pay for. Does my money need to be on a PayPal account or is my bank account available? How did it go? With the Xbox One X?

Can pay with Paypal, even if you have no money on your Paypal account. PayPal usually withdraws it from the bank account at least after 1 day. Normal setting.
