can you somehow transfer the data from console to pc so that the things you bought from dbd are not gone?

Ok, if you mean that, you mean the announced feature "Cross-Progression", in which the progress is linked to the account at Behavior Interactive. However, the respective communications only state "progress" and not "purchases" or "content".
That's all gone. The developers are in the process of developing a feature called 'Cross Progression', with which you can then synchronize the progress via a separate account, but there's a small problem: Cross Progression currently only includes the PC versions (including Stadia) and the switch version. For some reason they just couldn't get it done for Xbox and Playstation.
Also includes purchases, but Playstation and Xbox are exempt from Cross Progression because I have no idea why.
