I sold my PS3 because I only play Nintendo now. My brother wanted to keep the controller because his was broken and he is still playing with his PS3.
In the text I wrote that the console is sold with the original packaging, cables and three games and only that was shown in the pictures - no controllers.
Now the package has arrived at the buyer and he wants his money (or part of it) back because I supposedly had deceived him and he assumed that a controller was included.
However, I have never mentioned or shown anything about a controller and sold the console correspondingly cheap. Some other interested parties even asked why nobody was there, so it was obvious.
Am I right now or do I really owe something to the buyer?
Incidentally, I sold privately and excluded any guarantee, warranty, etc. In the ad text, if that is relevant.
You are safe. You have given everything correctly, the fault lies with the buyer.
