Playing Forza Horizon 3 on PC with XBOX DVD?

I bought Forza Horizon 3 as an XBOX DVD a long time ago. Now my question: Can I play Forza Horizon 3 on the PC even though I bought it with an XBOX DVD and how?

Ne doesn't work. Xbox drive belongs to xbox. PC to PC. If you want to play fh3 on pc, just download it from microsoft store (if you already bought the game)
