Forza Horizon 4 on PC? - 1

I have had an XBOX for a while, which I hardly ever use… Because of that I would like to play Forza Horizon 4 on my PC which I actually have as an XBOX game. According to Xbox support, this also works: yes. A Microsoft account is required to play Forza Horizon 4. If you are already playing games on Xbox 360 or Xbox One, you can also use the account used for these games for games on Windows 10. But it doesn't work for me. Can anyone help me further? Or call a cheap keyshop?
