Find CPUs in objects?

Hello I'm just bored until I got the idea to use a CPU that no one else has.

Find CPUs in objects

i need a cpu for my computer i have already removed the cpu from my xbox and unfortunately junked there are some items like e.g. TV radio or something in a CPU that can be removed and possibly built into a PC?

Lo

No.

A CPU for the computer has a specific socket. Only processors of the same type are compatible at all. Your motherboard determines which socket that is.

And these are, as you will hopefully be less surprised now, only processors that are intended for use in a PC.

With everything else - if the dimensions of it fit into the socket at all - the PC will not start in the best case, in any other case the mainboard and possibly other hardware will grill.

Are there in any items such as TV radio or something CPU that you can remove

Yes, in everything that is "Smart", ie Smart TVs, Alexa, …

and can possibly build into a PC?

No, they are incompatible. And even if we're talking about slimmed-down processors that have less performance than low end X86 compatible processors.

A CPU alone is not enough, you also need the "around" to operate the CPU, voltage regulators, memory, etc… This is not standardized, it just has to fit. Wouldn't you come up with the idea of installing an AMD CPU in an Intel motherboard?

In very few devices outside of PCs, the CPU can be removed easily, mostly they are soldered in.

Ch

What kind of motherboard do you have?

you can't just arbitrarily try to put cpu in your pc. Everyone needs different amounts of electricity and depending on that, they may not even fit.

For example AMD and Intel processors. They have completely different bases!

The socket also changes after each CPU generation…

Your poor Xbox xD…

Nevertheless, I would be happy to answer the question:

Smartphones have CPUs, they are simply much smaller.

Everything that somehow has an operating system also has a processor. These are all computers. Smart TVs also have processors… However, you destroy the television completely… Radios, as far as I know, have no processors. Except maybe internet radio…

Please don't break anything anymore xD

Are there usually components other than CPUs in other devices?

and yes my PC is complete and even very good but I want to make it a bit strange

Mu

Okay I do, but are there other things besides CPUs for PCs in devices?

Va

The smallest unit, which can seriously be called "computer", consists of CPU + RAM + ROM (flash memory), with the first Raspberry Pi the RAM was soldered directly onto the CPU.

I don't know how you could make a PC "weird". I would probably do other things "weird" - e.g. Install a Raspberry Pi in a typewriter or something. :-p

Ch

Nothing that could not become dangerous or require a high level of knowledge of hardware.

You can't just pluck out CPUs somewhere and put them in somewhere else. There are hundreds of different designs, architectures, sockets, etc., processors are not all processors.

If you want a PC processor, you have to buy a PC processor that has exactly the socket of the PC mainboard and is compatible with its chipset. Processors that are not intended for computers do not have a PC motherboard socket and are therefore never compatible.

So a very bad idea.
