Where is the best place to put together a computer?

Would like to buy a computer. I would manage to assemble it, but the market has changed a lot over the past few years, there are so many graphics cards and CPUs that I simply don't know what to buy.

The computer should be suitable for playing. Mid-range graphics are enough for me, since I have had a ps4 all these years. The graphics there had also been enough for me, I didn't need 4K.

I have often heard that the Ryzen CPUs are not supposed to be that good. Also had only Intel CPUs in my computers all the years.

Maybe someone can write me his setup here with which he is completely satisfied.

Ryzen CPU's are good!

In terms of price and performance, they are even significantly better than Intel!

I would recommend you to configure the page ALTERNATE.de and HardwareDealz.de as a support for what you can buy for a respective price

This is no longer true. Except for gaming, AMD is actually significantly better than Intel in almost all other areas.

I'm satisfied with my setup.

If you don't give us an exact budget, it will be difficult.

Some people can't afford https://hardwarerat.de/...a-ssd?c=78, others can easily buy https://www.caseking.de/8pack-orion-x2-i9-7980xe-4-6-ghz-i7-9700k-5-0-ghz-extreme-oc-system-sipc-264.html.

Do you understand what I mean?

I would aim for about 1000 euro

Thank you so much!

It has actually changed a lot, especially the statement that all the CPUs are not so good has become nonsense, especially in the gaming sector, a Ryzen CPU compared to an i7 in the same price range would be a bit older or you can even take a current i5 clearly think

I would recommend you either to wait until the 4000 series from a de is there or else

To take the Ryzen 5 3600x or the Ryzen 7 3700x

However, it is a question of how much you want to spend and what exactly you want to play in and in what resolution

In the gaming area it makes sense to save a little on the CPU and put more into the graphics card, especially when it comes to using an AMD processor instead of Intel

For an entire setup or just for the PC?

Monitor and gaming keyboard etc. Everything is already there because of the PS4 you can now connect everything there.

So only for the computer

I would advise you to wait until AMD releases its Zen3 CPUs and RDNA2 GPUs.

If you then use the current technology (I would recommend Zen2+ RDNA (1)), then it becomes cheaper from that point. If you then want to use the new hardware, you obviously have to wait until the release.

Currently I would recommend a Ryzen 5 3600 (X) on a B450 board with a Radeon RX 5700 (XT), 16 GB DDR4-3200 RAM and a ~ 500 watt power supply. If I would buy earlier in the year, I would alternatively install a Ryzen 5 4600 and an RX6700 (assuming the naming scheme remains) on a B550 board, that would be a bit more up-to-date and more powerful.

Have you often heard that Ryzen CPUs should not be good? Who have you exchanged with, please?

The latest iteration is cheaper, has a higher IPC, is more efficient and offers a higher core count at the same price.

Core I can be clocked higher so that, at the expense of efficiency, they achieve a slightly higher single-thread performance, which has a positive effect in games.

That's it, in the mobile area, Coffee Lake (R) can no longer keep up with Renoir (4xxx). If you look at what's going on with the big boys (top of the line for servers 8820 vs 7742 or for HEDT / workstation 10980XE vs 3990X), you have to state that the core architecture is simply no longer competitive.

The cheapest is mostly mindfactory.de, alternate.de is also popular and caseking.de.

You would have to write what your budget is, what you mostly use the calculator for and what resolution you play in. I'm happy with my setup but it is a few years old and I would buy completely different Hhomework today.
