Xbox GamePass on PC but I can't download games?

I bought the Xbox Gamepass for the PC 2 days ago but I can only install some games. I checked online what the PC games are and I can't install them either. Also I can't even install games with extra (PC), but can I sometimes install a few games?

Have you already checked if Windows is up to date?

Or can you try to reset the Microsoft Store?

That is how it goes:

You go on a search
type wsreset then press enter
As soon as your Microsoft Store starts you can check if it worked

The installation must be approved by the admin.

Just read what it says and then do it

And how does the admin approve that?
