Charge your Xbox one controller wirelessly?

Since yesterday I have an Xbox including a wireless controller. I would just like to know whether you can simply charge the controller with a cable or something similar instead of having to change the batteries.

The XBox controller should have a micro USB port. Assuming you have rechargeable batteries in it, you should be able to charge it with them.

The controller only comes with a couple of batteries.

If you want to charge it, you need a battery pack. I recommend the original from Microsoft.

So you can charge the battery while playing with the included USB cable.

Alternatively, you can also use your own batteries which you can charge externally.
