Xbox disks not working?

I have an xbox one and some games for it on disk. Usually it always worked and there were no problems. Recently, however, these disks simply stopped being played. It sounds like the xbox starts reading it, but then just stops. DVDs still work, however. I hope someone knows what could be the problem.

Have you already tried to hold the on / off button down for 10 seconds so that it goes off completely?
